Here to discuss the direction of Translucent as a project

My thoughts:

• External contributions shouldn't add to maintenance burden. Many utils can be external packages. E.g the original lucid had merkle trees which have been stripped from translucent. WASM makes maintenance easier because we're using CML for all the heavily lifting, this could stay a positive if we never have a real need to move away.
• Should be a slim package.
• Should maintain full compatibility with most recent version of Cardano ledger.
• Should be easy to bundle into a browser
