Specify optional picker type in Field Interaction API modifyPickerConfig

Describe the solution you'd like
When using the API.modifyPickerConfig, the user should be able to specify an optional picker type that maps to a ResultTemplate for the picker. In the absence of this, existing picker result template or the general default should be used. The user will find out from the documentation what fields need to be supplied for standard pickers to display correctly.
