When !1978 is merged, bst-artifact-server will be a minimal proxy to buildbox-casd + simple authentication support (+ ReferenceStorage service for bst 1.x). It should be possible to drop bst-artifact-server usage in tests and directly use buildbox-casd as test server instead. This will be a step towards #1323.
