Long load time for issue page #130

The intern exercise has extremely long load times for issue pages.

e.g. http://intern.bugmark.net:4567/issues/80da39ac-e980-4509-ae3e-3727e490bf50

I suspect that the long history of syncs is slowing down the load time but have not investigated this yet.
