Only show "match this offer" button on offer detail page

Replace the two buttons with one "match this offer".

Hi folks - please let me know if you've made progress on this issue. If not, I'd rather you pick an open issue on bmx_cl_ruby, website or bmx_docs. There's a lot of overhead getting started with this repo - rails configuration/setup etc. and I'd rather you get started on something simpler.
