Currently Camille will direct users to old conversations. Seeing this being used in practice for a bit, it's nice to have Camille redirect you to a recent conversation that's taken place but not that practical when the conversation is a week old, a month old, or even longer.

I recommend a 2-3 day cache eviction policy, but am open to other suggestions. In practice more days doesn't seem useful though.

I think there's value in the historical links, provide context for past links. Just because a link has been posted before doesn't make it a bad thing.

The initial purpose of Camille was to stem the tide of people having conversations in multiple places, and I still think that's the biggest value Camille provides, and in that case history isn't very valuable. I agree that historical links have value, but it's not possible to solve both problems, so my vote is to implement this feature.
