When hovering over the triangle "!" icon that appeared in the buckets screen when I created a new debt account (at bottom of page) the tip text seems to shift the screen view up moving your cursor off the icon thus returning the screen back down. This makes the screen jump constantly and can't read the tip. Hopefully that makes sense.

I have had exactly the same bug
