Net transfers (on the analysis tab) are showing when the transactions look like they add up to 0. My guess is that is has something to do with off-budget accounts, but I'm waiting for confirmation.

I'm marking this as blocked while I wait for details to duplicate this issue. I'm unable to duplicate it myself.
