This happened whether it had a category or not. Transaction was saved in the future or past month just fine.

Updated title. It works, but you have to 'refresh' the page or switch months. Transactions will be removed from current month and be shown in new month. Not sure if next release meant v0.50.0 or another one. I'm on v0.50.0.

Right, the bug was that the view was using stale data (it forgot to update that the transaction had been removed from the month). The database was correct, but you'd have no way of normally knowing that :) This will be fixed in the next release.
