calculation fields are missing for live ds when we edit and save the template dashboard and publish (workbook has twbx but it includes live and extract connection case)

tableau tools works fine for twbx files which have only extract connections, but when we use live and extract both in a single dashboard, we followed the same method i.e. we fetch the data sources and edit query and connections, and save them as a new file and later we publish, but in live and extract connection case, data sources having extract type is fine but for live datasources, the calculation field doesn't exist error showing after publishing.
