Josh: Starts a C++ server prototype and Github repo.

Kuan: Converts server to C. Got bidirectional packet sending working.

Both: Met up to discuss Packet Header struct and send_packet, buffer manipulation. Got basic buffer sending and memcpy working.

Kuan: Streamlined get_packet/send_packet. Added retransmission().

Josh: Changed struct PacketHeader to Packet. Completed SYN protocol handshake.

Kuan: Completed large file transfer over multiple packets and added stateflag states.

Both: Fixed file transfer for binary files by redoing send_packet.

Josh: Added poll(). Added timestamp interface. Created WindowFrame.  Started window[] array updating. Started timeout functionality based on window[].

Kuan: Sorted timeout into functions empty_window, check_timeout and refresh_timeout. Completed timeout functionality and got it working.

Josh: Fixed FIN procedure that was starting on client and TIME_WAIT on server.
