On the front end, by default only show projects that have more than 100 eth volume.

If there are too many projects with more than 100 eth volume, then:

Only show projects that have more than 100 eth volume in the past 7 days.

This should be done only after steps 1 and 2 have already been done..

Otherwise this step should not be followed.

Also, It seems the 100 eth in 7 days is a bit much..

Can we change the filter to show all projects that have atleast 100 eth volume total ever -- this will change things so more projects show up on the front end..

however, the filter should be applied only once we have step 1 done.. after step 1 is done, then we will have a lot of projects and we will need filtering.
