something like entity_size ... because looking in the UI is annoying ... it sorts attributes alphabetically and in the GDAC use case (where there are lots of attributes) the samples attribute (which gives the count of samples in a sample set, for example) appears far on the left and needs quite a bit of scrolling to inspect
