Add BaWü Data from nvbw

As part of https://www.nvbw.de/aufgaben/neue-mobilitaet/digitale-mobilitaet/innovationskongress-2021/barrierefreie-reisekette, the nvbw has teams collect data on all stations in BaWü with a focus on accessibility.

As a side project, they also collected bike stand data, which is now public https://www.mobidata-bw.de/dataset/bfrk-barrierefreiheit-an-bw-bahnhoefen/resource/2857186a-827a-44e2-b830-8e4a053dfd95?inner_span=True with a license that allows usage in OSM.

The accessibility data will be imported this year, work is discussed in https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/DELFI_Attribute_-_Barrierefreiheit_im_%C3%96ffentlichen_Personenverkehr and https://forum.openstreetmap.org/viewtopic.php?id=74420.

The bike parking dataset is also planned to be imported later this year. However, we still could use this app to show where data is missing and help with this effort.
