Mark compared bicycle parking and rental objects

It should be possible to mark missing items in OSM from compareism as removed or other status.

I have collected a few bicycle_stands which are missing in real but are a feature in the 2014 data set. Not sure if we really need it, posting it anyway.

If possible you give me the IDs or description of the missing stands, it is easier to implement forme. Or next time you can make a pull request to the current solution: https://github.com/britiger/bikeparkingberlin/blob/master/database/external_data/parking_non_existing.csv
