Convert metric measurements to imperial and round decimal values to fractions based on your desired divisor - 1/64, 1/32, 1/16, 1/8, and 1/4

Background

I have a mix of tools with metric and imperial scales and created the meas_conv_ft_in google sheet years ago to 1) help me quickly convert metric measurements to imperial and 2) round decimal values to the nearest fraction of an inch or feet+inch. I admit the unit conversion aspect of this tool is a crutch, but it's been a useful metric learning tool and the imperial fraction conversion aspect has served me well.

Motivation

I have two goals for this project:

1. I would like to exercise my python, web development, and ci/cd skills by converting this simple google sheet into a web application that will work well on mobile and desktop
2. I'd like to share it via GitHub so that others may leverage it for their projects.
