现在通过canEvaluatePolicy: 这个方法，都是执行WJTouchIDIsNotSupport 这个代理方法

LAErrorPasscodeNotSet，LAErrorTouchIDNotAvailable是不是可以在 ![context canEvaluatePolicy:LAPolicyDeviceOwnerAuthenticationWithBiometrics error:&error] 里做判断？
