The Review Context feature does not work in Russian

The context is not attached to messages when using the Russian language. It doesn’t matter which language I selected in the chat settings. Moreover, if I choose a language other than English, the context is not attached even when I write in English.

Another strange thing is that when I toggle the Review Context switch, the following messages are displayed in the console:
