Sidebar with connections blank after switching to OpenAI model #968

I switched from one of the local models to an OpenAI model and now the side panel is blank. When I hit the "re-load sources" button it re-embeds everything, so it's unclear to me if embeddings are being saved after they get calculated.

Forgot to mention, this is on an M2 Macbook Air.
