I got the "Loading main settings..." problem for a long time.
MacBook Air, M2. Sequoia 15.3

I dont know what to do haha.
I tried to uninstall the plugin, reinstalled it. Same issues.

EDIT: Just uninstalled and reinstalled the plugin and it's working ok.

Notably I started experiencing the issue after I changed the "Embedding Model Platform" setting from Transformers to OpenAI (API). After re-installing the plugin, the settings page loaded properly and was configured to OpenAI (API).

It may not be related, but just adding some context in case it helps.
