It's been a week since everyone here in St. Pete FL had all eyes on the second disastrous hurricane heading our way.

I still don't have power. My mobile internet seems to have mostly stopped working yesterday (not sure I'll even be able to get this message out tonight, but if you're reading this then I succeeded 😊)

I've been trying to work out of coffee shops (ones that have power since they're on the same grid as the hospital) during the day. But working in that environment is a challenge even on a normal day.

And to top it off, the place I would go to walk and gather my thoughts was taken by the first storm 😭

But, overall, I'm still feeling lucky because many people have lost much more and we're still very fortunate to have a home in our little slice of paradise.

I wanted to post this update because I know there is a lot I need to catch up on. And also to get ahead of those peaky "is this project dead?!?!" posts...

Well, not only is Smart Connections alive and well, I'm looking forward to ecstatic about moving full steam ahead!

The opportunity to build Smart Connections for the incredibly supportive community has been an honor and privilege that I intend to take as far as I am capable of taking it.

Thank you for your support and patience while I regain clarity & momentum ❤️🌴
