As discussed in #268 (reply in thread)

States:

  • OFF: no weighting based on note-level links
  • INCLUDES: only-includes or increases-weight of blocks with note-level links
  • EXCLUDES: excludes or decreases-weight of blocks with note-level links

Challenges:

  • UI/UX: designing the component within Smart View so that it's easy to understand

Requirements:

  • Block collection filter option for including/excluding based on note-level links (accepts list of links from current note)
  • Note collection getter returns links from meta
