Open-Interpreter integration for working with Local File system.

Open-interpreter would supercharge the smart chat agent. It would allow smart chat agent to create folders or create/edit markdown files within the obsidian vault directory freeing it from the chat interface. Open-interpreter also has os mode which gives it vision and Internet access which expands the possibilities. Thanks for all your hard work
