The skip_sections setting

Here's the setting:

It doesn't have any configuration options when I enable it, so I'm confused as to what sections it would stop making connections for. I can see this being a really useful feature but as of now I'm unclear how it works.

Things I can see it helping with:

• Ignoring frontmatter / metadata
• Ignoring dataview sections
• Ignoring task query sections

I'm sure there are more, depending on how someone uses Obsidian. Does anyone have insights here?
