In fact this is a very streamlined example, in reality this can have hundreds of thousands of characters.
I lined up some of my Markdown notes that used to use this pattern, and they consumed sky-high api quotas.
Now I've done the cleanup of these Markdown manually. However, it would be nice if the plugin would automatically exclude this file type later.

Hi, hope the plugin will exclude this file type by default in the next version, such as this example below.
