FR Smart Chunks Markdown Adapter should exclude/handle the "data URI scheme" file type

Hi, hope the plugin will exclude this file type by default in the next version, such as this example below.

[img-0]:data:image/jpeg;base64,/9j/4AAQSkZJRgABAQAAAQABAAD/2wBDAAYEBQYFBAYGBQYHBwYIChAKCgkJChQODwwQFxQYGBcUFhYaHSUfGhsjHBYWICwgIyYnKSopGR8tMC0oMCUoKSj/

In fact this is a very streamlined example, in reality this can have hundreds of thousands of characters.

I lined up some of my Markdown notes that used to use this pattern, and they consumed sky-high api quotas.

Now I've done the cleanup of these Markdown manually. However, it would be nice if the plugin would automatically exclude this file type later.
