BOLT12 : Create pay code management UI

Design and implement a new UI for managing BOLT 12 pay codes. This interface will allow users to efficiently handle and monitor their pay codes, providing functionality for the following:

• Edit Details:
  • Enable users to modify the details of a pay code, such as the username, description or pay code type.
• Track Payments Received:
  • Display a clear history or summary of payments received for each pay code.
• Pay Code Overview:
  • Show an organized list of all pay codes with relevant metadata (e.g., name, description, creation date, total transactions + received amount).
• Pay Code Actions:
  • Allow users to perform actions like copying a pay code, sharing it, or deleting it when no longer needed.
