full screen doesn't work properly on linux (ubuntu)

Description

when i press f11 brave just hides my topbar on my ubuntu.

Steps to Reproduce

1. open up the brave browser on ubuntu 21.04
2. press f11 to fullscreen

Actual result:

Before full screen

After full screen

Expected result:

if i press full screen icon (Desired output is this!)

Brave version (brave://version info)

In the side menu (besides zoom option ) if i press that full screen icon it works correctly
