Wrong language on WhatsApp Web

Description

WhatsApp Web is using English instead of local/system language.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open https://web.whatsapp.com
2. Scan the QR code with WhatsApp installed on your smartphone
3. After log-in, reload the page

Actual result:

The page was loaded initially in the correct language, but after reloading, it switches to English.

Expected result:

Load the page only in the correct local/OS language.
