Cursor reappears on full screen youtube when shields are up

Description

When launching a youtube video (or any online video e.g. vimeo, vk.com, etc) in full screen the cursor first disappears (as it should) then after almost exactly 35 seconds it reappears at the same position without exiting full screen or opening any progress bar or anything. Tried running without extensions -- same result. This is all on macOS 11.1.

The only thing that affects the behavior is the Brave Shields; when the shield is down -- this effect does not occur. The problem also does not occur with the same Brave version on Win 10 or macOS 10.15.7 (even with the Shield up).

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open any online video (e.g. youtube), and enter full screen mode.
2. Move the cursor out of the control bar until it disappears.
3. Wait for 35 seconds.

Expected result:

The cursor should stay hidden. I tested that the problem disappears when the Brave Shield is down or when using a different browser.

Does the issue resolve itself when disabling Brave Shields?

Yes!

Is the issue reproducible on the latest version of Chrome?

Since I started using Brave I actually never touched Chrome for good. :)

As of version Version 1.18.77 the issue seems to be resolved.
