Main icon -moon phase?

Would it be an idea to display as the main icon, the correct moon phase, after the sun has set?

Maybe it’s just me, but the moon always looks so stationary 😊
Can this pictures bee of any help, maybe I can make some cartoonish version of the pictures ?
