Originally opened as adobe/brackets#4227

Shortcuts ctrl-alt-{a,c,e,l,n,o,s,z,x} are used to type Polish diacritical letters: ą,ć,ę,ł,ń,ó,ś,ż,ź. Now Polish people cannot write ó and ś letters, so I propose to change Open Folder to ctrl-alt-F and Save All to ctrl-shift-S instead.

niutech included the following code: https://github.com/adobe/brackets/pull/4227/commits

@adrocknaphobia - marking [PM] for review. I don't think we actually want to change the default shortcuts at this point; instead, we should raise the priority of https://trello.com/c/4k2yalBd (create a way to have different default shortcuts for different locales), which is currently sitting around #52 on the backlog.

@njx Agreed. I moved it up on the backlog next to another keyboard shortcut story. We should be able to point it soon.

@adrocknaphobia - looks like it didn't actually get moved up (it's still sitting at position 52).

@niutech - we're planning to address the underlying problem soon (it's now at #8 on our backlog), so we wouldn't take this shortcut change. Thanks for raising our awareness of the issue.
