Originally opened as adobe/brackets#3427

  1. Quit and relaunch Chrome to ensure remote debugging is disabled
  2. Start Live Preview on an HTML file
  3. Brackets should prompt to relauch Chrome, do this

Actual: Chrome relaunches with 2 tabs pointing to the launcher file. The first one gets the connection and loads the project's base URL or static server.
Expected: Only one tab should open.

Reviewed. Closing dupe #590 and using this one going forward. Upgrading to Medium priority since relaunching is more common now.

FYI, you probably have to have "reopen tabs on launch" set in Chrome to hit this.

I haven't seen this lately on Mac. Are you still seeing it?
