Originally opened as adobe/brackets#11203

If the user provides --help brackets should list the command line options.

It actually does now, but it also complains about unrecognized option --help'`
IMHO it should be a real option.

I also need a parameter that tells the batch (Windows) to wait for closing brackets (or better closing the file). So I can use brackets as my git-cli editor too.
