Description

We want everyone on the team (especially backend team) to get familiar with the overall design and structure of the project. Hence we will implement a boilerplate-like backend project, to make sure everyone is on the same page at the initial steps of our development process.

I reviewed the mr and the work. It seems like a valid basis for a spring project. So I'm closing the issue.
