This is a follow-up issue to issue #21.
After our research and brainstorming about the forum feature of our gaming review platform , we should formalize both the user and system requirements about the forum feature.
Make sure to use shall for the features that are required , and should for the features that are not a must.

We have formalized the functional requirements about forum feature , therefore I'm closing this issue. These requirements are available in Forum section under Requirements Page.
