What is our progress here? @anilseyrek

The one big question on my mind is that how are we accommodate our system to store every annotation on every possible item. For example, we can store annotation on a Media item easily because we have a model for Media. (similar for Location) However, if someone annotates a sentence of event description or a word of user bio, in which structure, are we going to store that annotation?

It seems there is no progress here. I (or anyone willing) shall close the issue within several days.
