Issue or Feature Request:

I would like the bottlerocket-sdk to upgrade the version of Go 1.22.x provided to Go 1.22.4: https://go.dev/doc/devel/release#go1.22.minor

per the upstream runc issue, Go 1.22.4, which released 06/04, includes a fix for the runc bug present when building with earlier versions of Go 1.22: opencontainers/runc#4233 (comment)

bottlerocket-sdk should be good to default to Go version 1.22.4 for all builds.
