I am using the \makeindex command in the preamble, as well as run makeindex after the initial run of lualatex.
The index page is second to last, the last being the glossary page, so my document ends like this:
\printindex
\printglossary
\end{document}
The "review" option adds the very handy line numbers to the file, however, it does not do so on the index page.
It still does add them on the glossary page, so the document has a gap in line numbering, which looks weird.
Would it be possible to fix this?
