delete_ After_ Download did not take effect

I have set delete_after_download=true and auto_delete=false in the configuration, but the downloaded photos are still not automatically deleted after the download is completed.

The delete_after_download feature was removed to to the report of this bug: icloud-photos-downloader/icloud_photos_downloader#615

I've now re-enabled it, as a fix has been merged, and pushed a new version to Dockerhub.
