This is an initial release of the Linux, OS X and Windows Boot2docker command line management tool.

It works like the shell script based Boot2Docker manage script, plus some small improvements.

If you initialize a new virtual machine with this tool, it will create a NATed network interface as before, and a second, host only interface, via which you will be able to access a Docker container's ports with no extra configuration.

This tool can use your existing boot2docker virtual machine setup with no changes.
