Support apple silicon

After days spent trying to get tflite working on an M1 chip I gave up and bought an old intel mac just to move forward.

It would be greatly appreciated if tflite-rs could work with minimal setup on apple silicon. Or at the least some basic instructions.

I'm happy to sponsor this development if that would help.
