Manually Delete "Tags"

There currently is no way for a user (or Admin) to delete a Tag that is no longer desired (i.e. No longer in use, mistake, etc.). Current method requires me to submit a ticket to Engineering to have a Tag removed. It is desirable to be able to do this manually. There may need to be a system in place to capture any data attached to a deleted Tag (possibly an Archive & Delete feature). Even if most users do not have this ability, it would be useful for Admins to be able to delete them.
