Advanced Customizable Background

I would like to make a fun countdown timer. Say, I could specific a picture of my favorite basketball player as the background image, and resize/reposition the timer to make the whole screen looks like he is playing a timer-alike ball.

• Background Image. The position should only be center / center and no-repeat.
• offset of the timer (x, y)
• scale of the timer (x px)
