Station module blueprint price, race, and construction stats (time and resources) can already be found in the wares output.
Production methods for all wares can already be found in the wares output.

Additional stats for station modules would be miscellaneous things hull, number of turrets and shields.

I think that ware production efficiency can be found in libraries/wares.xml, I just haven't gotten around to figuring it out.
