flag the bnd-resolver-maven-plugin not to write back the runbundles

It would be useful when being used for verification if bnd-resolver-maven-plugin did not write updates back to the bndrun file. This way the file doesn't need to be checked back in every time there's a module version change. The idea being that a successful resolve is the only desired result.
