Geth version: v1.1.7
OS & Version: Linux, Ubuntu 20.04

Expected behaviour

Tried the new option to reannounce local pending tx.

Actual behaviour

TX still stuck and not reannounced (waited more than 90mn)

Steps to reproduce the behaviour

Nothing special, just sending TX, sometimes 3/minutes at most.
Several wallets use this node, this happen randomly on all wallets time to time (sometimes days without issue, sometimes it does this multiple times a day, it's really random!)

Geth starting line:

 ./geth --config ./config.toml --datadir ./node --cache 64000 --syncmode=snap --txlookuplimit 0 --ws --ws.port 8546 --ws.api eth,net,web3 --snapshot=true --diffsync --txpool.reannouncetime 8m

What is your TxPool.NoLocals setting? To make this work you should set TxPool.NoLocals=false, otherwise you should add your addresses to the TxPool.Locals.
