constant loading bar after reset , any support channels? #9

I am looking for the solution for the constant loading problem I am having. I have used FTV Gude befoere but since I reset I can never load the guide spinning disc forever and no status bar progress.

Running on ubuntu 16.04 with python upgraded

I have completely removed and reinsrtalled including addon_data/script.ftvguide several times.

If you could post a link to a Debug-Log that shows the problem I can have a look. There's no general issue I'm aware of so it's most likely a problem with your channels file or similar...
