Account forced to go through on-boarding after creation

Steps to Reproduce

I did this completely on accident and would rather not do again as it reset my profile. While the specific way I had this happen is silly and unlikely to happen again (and might be pure random chance), there should be an extra check to avoid on-boarding a user who has already setup their account.

1. Be logged into 2 accounts, 1 and 2
2. Deactivate account 1
3. Create account 3 immediately
4. Go through on-boarding
5. Log into account 2
6. Go into DMs
7. Open a chat
8. Middle click the profile to open it in a new tab
9. Open said tab
10. You are now forced to go through onboarding
11. Go through, do not select anything
12. Your profile picture, display name, and feeds will all be overwritten.
