Dear Jim,

I wanted to include human and mouse genomes in the reference, as we would like to use sylph as a initial contamination check step. I wonder what would be a good compression number (-c argument) here for genomes this long?

@GaryZhangYue I've never actually tried working with animal genomes like humans or mice with sylph. My intuition: in this case, I would try a higher -c, like -c 1000.
