[BUG] Roblox stays still and doesn't move after getting banned

What problem did you encounter?

While i was saying "hii!!, what😱😱🔥🔥" and some other words, i got banned for "harassment" in my mobile and pc account. Knowing that i have a backup account in my laptop, i launched the app and it shows the banned error thingy. I simply thought that nothing would go wrong, and tried to scroll. Doesn't work. tried to log out, doesnt work. already restarted roblox and refreshed the mods that i put in but still doesnt move. help pls
